This project features a newly built single-story residence with an indoor area of approximately 82.6 square meters. Sunlight filters through vertical sheer curtains, casting light from the living area to the entrance, where a full-length mirror reflects the furniture’s contours. Stepping on the patterned carpet with its soft texture sets the scene for a cozy family home. Instead of placing the refrigerator as originally planned by the developer, the design cleverly utilizes odd spaces for a shoe cabinet and storage, with terrazzo countertops adding a playful warmth to the other side.
Curved elements unify the space, with the living room's TV wall coated in imported suede-textured paint. Motorized curtains adjust the light as it moves across the beige wood floors, creating a silent poem. Thoughtfully chosen furnishings in shades of gray, beige, and white highlight the layers of the public space, with indirect lighting and display cabinets adding vitality. A gray system cabinet conceals a pink storage space designed specifically for the family's little one.
In the kitchen, a curved beam decorates the exhaust pipes, while the countertop stone extends seamlessly onto the backsplash, replacing traditional glass panels. Hidden lighting in the cabinets adds an elegant touch to cooking. The private areas are equally refined; the master bedroom features a unified fabric headboard, vanity, and system cabinet tailored to the couple's routines, with indirect lighting and bedside lamps adding intimacy. The children's room favors simplicity, combining scratch-resistant materials with aesthetic practicality. The bathrooms diverge in design: the guest bath features colorful terrazzo and minimalist wall tiles, while the master bath emphasizes functionality with adjustable mirror lighting, maintaining a clean, noise-free aesthetic.
